i'm moving out of home this amuses me - it's always when i'm thinking that i haven't done anything with my life that i actually end up doing someting. so a couple of mates and i are moving into a cottage on what used to be my grans farm... the cottage my dad grew up in... :/ i hate the wairarapa. it's too small.
i won't have an internet connection but i know a nice cheap internet cafe. and my parents might occasionally let me back in the house. if they don't, i know where the spare key is kept
so i'll keep up as well as i can. although the way i've been going for the last... oh, year?... don't hold your breath...

so, i disappeared for a week. i can't remember if i actually told any one on here i was leaving so apologies to everyone who noticed i was gone and missed me.

i went camping. a week spent in the back of beyond doing nothing but fishing, riding, swimming and drinking is my kind of life. pity it was only a week - never have i wanted to miss a flight more than i did today. but i'm back... having promised to return to te akau as soon as i possibly can. they're going to have to fight to keep me away if they didn't mean it.

there will eventually be photos up - cute tree-frogs, gorgeous sunsets, people on ponies (taken from the back of my own nutcase mount) and so much more. someone remind me at somepoint that this was promised... please...

it's a weekend. saturday. so why am i up before 8, having already made coffee for my parents and yelled at the dog half a dozen times? i could have slept in til, oh, 8:15 but no. some one had to call dad about work at 6.35 this morning! to tell him that he can really only go to work for 1 1/2 hours this morning coz his wife's ill. entire family = not impressed. we never liked him to start off with. now it's settled... he is, in my mothers own words, a wanker

any way...

i got a camera!!! Cannon G10 with loads of stuff that i'm just figuring out how to work. but i love it. and it's only 6 months late for my birthday! but heck. it's a camera. so as soon as i've got the software loaded onto the computer for uploading the photos, they will be put up here. there's this one of an orchid that i absolutely love. and just a warning - so far i have only had flowers to practice on. so my apologies if they get too boring

and the internet is still being daft, so again, sorry to every one who's stuff i'm missing. i'll try and get there, one day!

ok. so i'm not actually going any where. but while i get the internet at home and this figging new DA sorted, i'm putting a stop-watch on all journals and most deviations. annoying, but necessary. so, sorry to all those whose new works i miss, but i'm going to kill the computer if i'm not careful (i'm paying for internet to do this much!)

on a side note, new DA is annoying me - it won't let me delete stuff from my inbox and as a result, i have nearly 500 deviations to go through.
